Toshiko moved forward, scanner directing her to a large barn. "In here, Jack."

They moved forward, Toshiko in the lead, gun ready. After all. who knew what a suddenly sentient and walking fruit would do with it's life. Tosh yanked opened the small side door, Jack covering her. She looked in.

"It's just a damn watermelon, round. Hard. Green!"

"Just… it's a watermelon farm, Sir!"

The meal went great. Ianto lead Jack out to the pool, this would be a good night. Suddenly Jack froze, eyes fixed on the still, cool water.

"He made a giant fish bowl that went over my head," sobbed Jack.

Ianto rubbed Jack's back as he hiccupped. He knew this was something Jack needed to get out.

"W…When I was near death," continued Jack brokenly, "he'd drain the bowl, let me start to get my breath then go again. He'd do it for hours, it was worse than dying, at least that gave me a bit of a break. I gave up on getting out, deep down, I'd goad him into killing me, just for that pain free break. He rarely did, the Master was too smart."
